François Tixier-Lacaze

Trained as a lawyer, François Tixier-Lacaze has been active in the hotel industry for over 35 years. Until 2015, François worked for international chains in Europe and Africa, in both operational and functional management positions, at regional unit and head office level. He then set up his own consultancy business to support owners and managers in the hospitality world, specializing in the (re)structuring of the hotel division of private family groups, for 5-star hotels from 40 to 115 rooms, always on a human scale.

His sole ambition is to help Maisons Pariente grow in terms of people, reputation and profitability. This means mobilising teams around a common vision, executing appropriate strategies and consistently delivering excellent service. He systematically puts human relationships first in his work. The relationship of trust with the Pariente family enables him to undertake, transform and build in the right direction, relying on a strong identity, powerful, shared and embodied values, and a visible DNA, to move forward successfully.

Édouard Guehennec

Specialized in accounting and management, Édouard joined several accounting firms before becoming a farmer for 4 years. He managed both the administrative side of the business and the cultivation side, optimising the latter across several communication channels. Following this experience, Édouard joined the LVMH Group as Administrative and Financial Assistant, and was subsequently promoted. His responsibilities included administrative management of 18 hotel and real estate companies, development of the financial department and assisting the group with the opening of Cheval Blanc Paris. He joined Maisons Pariente in March 2024 as Administrative and Financial Manager.
