Just recently awarded the Ecotable 1 label for the La Table du Ventoux restaurant at the Hôtel Crillon le Brave in Provence, Maisons Pariente has always been committed to a global sustainable and responsible approach, embodied in a whole series of coherent actions.

Imagine a responsible luxury

We all know the resources of our planet must be protected

The energy crisis and the increasing scarcity of water means that we must change our behaviour, one small step at a time. Every year, Maisons Pariente participates in Earth Hour by turning off all its electric lights, as a symbolic action which has resulted in many other initiatives being implemented.

Maisons Pariente chooses partners who share their values and vision for the world. An example of this is the collaboration with Tata Harper for the hotel spas; a high-end natural cosmetic brand with impeccable products and an inspiring philosophy.

Collective commitment

Maisons Pariente has set up water fountains and offers water bottles to its teams, who can eat at the Foodles canteen, which is both eco-responsible and convivial. In addition, we organize Clean Walks with our hoteliers to collect waste in the vicinity of our hotels. The installation of bed lifts at the Grand Mazarin makes it easier to clean the rooms by moving the bed around without having to push it. This investment also contributes to reducing the arduousness of work and any physical issues for our teams.

La Madeleine Crillon le Brave événementiel

Protected biodiversity

Provence is not only a paradise for cicadas… Bird feeders are installed and regularly stocked, and Crillon le Brave provides low environmental impact means of transport. Guests can explore Provencal villages, vineyards and ochre quarries on foot, horseback or electric bike, without disturbing the original inhabitants. Crillon le Brave, has implemented a partnership to collect the hotel’s bio-waste and turn it into compost, helping to improve soil quality in the surrounding area.

UNISOAP

Founded in August 2017, UNISOAP is the first French non-profit association whose mission is to collect and recycle hotel soap for humanitarian purposes. The aim is to transform this waste into a resource for vulnerable populations, giving them access to hygiene.

Café Joyeux

In 2017, the first solidarity café-restaurant Café Joyeux was born, employing and training people with mental and cognitive disabilities. The aim is to enable team members to discover and reveal their talents, and to progress within a team committed to showing that difference is a strength in the business world.

Refruiting

REFRUITING is a brand of the SIFU Group in France and an Adapted Enterprise (EA), for disabled services and healthy eating in the office.

Ventoux Compost

Isabelle GAILLARD and Francis GUTIERREZ, both passionate about nature and living things, decided to combine their skills and ambitions to help improve soil quality by creating Ventoux Compost. Cycling through Avignon's restaurants, they collect bio-waste and then transform it into resources for a return to the soil.

Hôtels Solidaires

Created in 2018, the association Les Hôtels Solidaires collects uneaten pastries, hygiene products, bedding and furniture from hotels to redistribute them, via partner associations, to people in vulnerable situations. Today, the association carries out anti-waste collections at over 80 Paris hotels.

Nordaq

Founded in Stockholm in 2005, Nordaq uses patented technology to provide high-end, sustainable and complete water solutions. Nordaq offers a more cost-effective and sustainable alternative to ordinary bottled water, without compromising on taste, for all businesses where values are based on respect for taste and the environment.
